Psalm 23:1–3

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul.

This passage reminds us that God’s care is not rushed or distant. He leads, restores, and gives peace when life feels crowded or uncertain.

Lamentations 3:22-23

It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning.

Every morning begins with mercy before it begins with pressure.

3

Psalm 5:3

My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee.

This passage gives simple language for beginning the day in prayer.

4

Romans 15:13

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing.

God is described here as the God of hope, not only the giver of hope.

5

Isaiah 40:31

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.

Waiting on God is not passive. It is a way of receiving strength.

6

Hebrews 11:1

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Faith gives spiritual weight to hope when we cannot yet see the outcome.
